Terms of Service

One paid order creates one complete product-card set.

These terms define the first-version service: English listing images for one product, prepared for manual upload to Lazada or Shopify.

The service

An order covers one product or SKU and the selected package of 3, 5, or 8 final images. Lazada and Shopify are export presets only. The service does not connect to, publish into, or act on behalf of either marketplace. No account, editor, listing copy, direct marketplace upload, or unlimited regeneration is included.

Your product information

You must upload images you are allowed to use and provide accurate facts about the product. Do not submit unlawful content, personal data that is unnecessary for the order, misleading claims, or products prohibited by applicable law or payment-provider rules. You remain responsible for reviewing factual accuracy and for the legality of the final listing.

Generation and delivery

The service creates the exact paid count or treats fulfillment as failed; partial sets are not delivered as completed orders. Output is generated with automated systems and may vary. Technical format validation does not guarantee marketplace approval, ranking, sales, or compatibility with every Shopify theme or future channel-rule change. One successful user-requested regeneration is included for each delivered card, while preserving its original version.

Payment

Prices are shown in Thai baht and payment is handled through Stripe. Card payments are authorized and captured only after the complete valid set is ready. PromptPay is charged when confirmed and follows the technical- failure refund process described in the Refund Policy. A bank or wallet may display an authorization hold before capture.

Private access

The private result link grants access to the order and downloadable files. You are responsible for keeping it confidential. We may revoke or replace a capability when needed to protect an order. Removing a link from browser history does not cancel the order or delete its files.

Acceptable use and availability

You may not attack, reverse engineer, overload, bypass access controls, or use the service to violate another party's rights. We may reject or stop an unsupported or unsafe order and apply the appropriate payment outcome. The service can be interrupted for maintenance or provider incidents; the failure protections still apply to paid orders.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a promise of a particular commercial result. Liability for a claim connected to one order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
